Baikal Supports Rotunda in the Recapitalization of Microf, LLC.

CN Fund Advisors LLC, a subsidiary of Columbus Nova MB, is pleased to announce Baikal’s investment in Microf, LLC, as part of a recapitalization led by Rotunda Capital Partners.

CN Fund Advisors LLC is the manager of the Baikal Program. The Baikal Program aggregates accredited investor capital, and invests in middle market companies. Baikal invests both directly in companies and into equity and debt funds that invest in middle market businesses.

Rotunda Capital Partners is a private equity firm that invests equity capital in established and profitable lower middle market companies. As an independent deal sponsor, Rotunda Capital raises and invests the capital of its principals, family offices and high net worth individuals on a deal-by-deal basis.

Microf was established by Mitch Masters and Jay Kimbro in 2010 to accommodate the growing demand for more flexible finance options surrounding the replacement of residential heating/cooling systems. Microf’s goal is to “Restore the Heating/Cooling Needs of the Consumer with an Affordable Monthly Payment” through a strategic network of actively enrolled dealers.
